Physical books are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. Any customer service inquiries regarding shipping, refunds, or physical returns must follow Amazon's standard return policies. Digital downloadable books (sold via Gumroad) are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased due to the nature of digital files.

You agree not to use the website or its products in any way that is unlawful, harmful to others, or infringes on our intellectual property rights (e.g., redistributing our digital PDF books for profit).
